How To Help

We’re building a community as we build a safe, accessible addition for Aidan. So, we want to make it possible for everyone to participate. You can:

  • make a monetary or material donation (see How To Help Page)
  • cook a meal for the builders
  • come build with us (people of all skill levels are welcome)

The first thing you can do is follow us on this blog or on Facebook as they will both be used to keep everyone updated on this project (when we’ll be building and what we need). Also, please share this information and why we’re building, as this is a big undertaking in a short time. The goal is to have this addition done by early March when Aidan has hip surgery.

We look forward to partnering with you and blessing the Bowies.

About Heather Bowie

I’m the mother of two wonderful boys and have been married almost 20 years to an amazing Irishman I met in a castle. Our oldest son Liam loves to read and run. Our younger son Aidan loves to drive his power chair and socialize. Aidan has a rare genetic disease (PURA Syndrome) and Epilepsy. This blog was birthed out of the desire to tell our story, and in doing so, appreciate the journey.
